Ah you're right, I didn't. I had previously heard it was 4x the fatal limit. Floyd had 11 ng/mL which is slightly more than the average fatal dose but 15x an observed minimal fatal dose. George Floyd killed George Floyd.

Here is the medical study I found about fentanyl fatal doses and on page 8:

The range of fentanyl levels was wide, from 0.75 to 113.00 ng/mL, with an average of 9.96 ng/mL.
