I have photo of dude with pole striking the car on the rear bunper which set it off...but at the end of the day...driver signed an admission that he was racist and that he intentionally drove his car into crowd. Go to pacer and look the case up and read the doc for yourself.
But not sure why dude would plead guilty and sign admission for life in prison....makes me think hes not mentally competent..??
