Meanwhile in South Carolina you need 1,500 hours of training from an accredited school and pass a state examination to be a barber.

Did she run unopposed? That's common in local elections.

Plenty of judges are elected.

What's stopping conservative minded folks from running for judge seat in their counties...or at least fielding a candidate to provide an opponent? (lack of an active Republican committee and apathy)

Judges are the most boring part of the ballot. Half the time I can't even find information on them online. And when I do, it's like: "Here's a picture of me and my dog. I'll tell you nothing about my beliefs. Vote for me."

That's honestly enough to go off of usually. That's all I can say and still be optical. Lol

There's a lot of sucky white males too. John Roberts, Anthony Kennedy -- white males.

In a lot of areas it is common practice or even law that judges cannot or do not campaign on issues for elections. They just talk about credentials and try to get their name out. The idea is that they aren't supposed to do anything besides interpret law and at a local level it is actually relatively important that they try to hold to this because their can be costs associated with having decisions overturned.

Shalomtoyou 2 points ago +2 / -0

That sounds like a bygone era now.

What's stopping conservative minded folks from running for judge seat in their counties

  1. They already have jobs
  2. They know they're unqualified AND they have a sense of shame.

So annoying these cretins are being pushed forward as the 'face' of the black community.

We have so many genuinely talented and accomplished black people in the western world but the minute they utter anything remotely common sense or conservative they get 'unpersoned'.

knightofday 13 points ago +13 / -0

It’s fucking criminal man, the Left knows what they’re doing. Putting smart hard working honest blacks at the forefront would send the complete opposite message that they want

I bet you she's OES

order of the eastern star

and got that barry boost from the masonic handshake

From time to time I'll see a car with a Mason symbol on it. Without exception, the driver is a black person. Not that there is anything wrong with that, I just find it curious.

For elected judges I don't believe there is any requirement of education, experience, etc. I just think you have to get elected. The flipside of this is that if she does a shit job- which is the likely outcome- she will get voted out at the end of her term.

15
Ched 15 points ago +15 / -0

I think youre overestimating the electorate that would put here there in the first place.

2
KuhlooKuhlay 2 points ago +2 / -0

she may have ran unopposed or against someone really unpopular. i dont know the details

11
Senaleb 11 points ago +11 / -0

Once she gets a little experience, she'll be able to take over for Hawaii judge

11
nothingberg 11 points ago +12 / -1

wait. Night clerk

So she was able to dig thru files and find blackmail on folks. I bet that's how she leveraged herself into this position, blackmail her competitors to the position into retracting their candidacy

Implying she's not going to find every black not guilty and every white guilty until someone finally launches an investigation at which time she'll retire having pocketed millions in bribes.

knightofday 3 points ago +3 / -0

Can you imagine the circus inside the courtroom? A 25 year old kid with zero education or experience in law? 😂She’s gonna have a handler looming over her at all time like the Las Vegas security guard on Ellen

2
Spezcuck 2 points ago +2 / -0

At least she is working within the system....

2
jubyeonin 2 points ago +2 / -0

Make me a judge too. I'm more qualified than she is. lol

I can't imagine that courtroom. It would be worse than Sullivan's and he actually has experience.

I don't think a person under 35 should be allowed to be a judge. A President can't be under 35 yet you are allowing a 25 year old JUDGE THE PEOPLE? This is literally the fulfilment of this scripture.

11Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him,

For the reward of his hands shall be given him.

12As for My people, children are their oppressors,

And women rule over them.

O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err,

And destroy the way of your paths.”
