Yeah, it's not true, but saying "it's okay to be black" wouldn't trigger me. Would it trigger you? I don't see that as excluding me.

I wouldn't see "black lives matter" as excluding me if ...IF... they didn't physically attack people who reply, "all lives matter" - the fact that they get physically violent proves that "BLM" actually means "only black lives matter"

You just can't do the same thing with "it's okay to be white" because nobody gets violent if you reply "it's okay to be anything"
