A left-leaning friend of mine turned me on to The Jimmy Dore Show. I listened to the podcast for about 6 months, always appreciate another perspective on things, but he lost me when he went on his 'all cops are evil' tirade. He wasn't saying some, or even most cops, but literally all cops are bad. That was the day I unsubscribed.
My ideologies don't align with Jimmy Dore, but I respect that he is one of the few honest lefties who sees the truth and isn't afraid to call out the left on their bullshit.
I could easily share a beer with him and while we'd agree to disagree on some topics, we'd wildly agree on others. The dialog would be awesome.
