One butterburger is one too many, honestly.

Have you ever had one?

The decadence is a bit much for a lot of people.

Ground beef, butter, cheese, and usually mayo. That’s a megadose of bad stuff

The Big Fat Surprise

Might want to look into the organizations that call all that good food bad.

Went to a sugar free diet after trying everything to get rid of my migraines a few years ago, and that’s what finally worked.

Sugar’s in everything man. A serving of kid’s breakfast cereal almost has more sugar than your liver can process in a day, after which any additional sugar just becomes fat. We don’t even give our kids a chance.

Yes.

It was delicious. One of the best burgers I've ever had.

But still feels like something I shouldn't eat. Not without starting to run marathons in any case.

Maybe, before making a false judgement, learn about actual nutrition first, instead of the food pyramid fraud they taught you in school?

I know what you're talking about, I read the literature, but fried processed meat with white bread + 4-5 tablespoons of butter simply has nothing to do with healthy food even if high quality fats are very good for you.

The only reason to eat that is for the taste, which fair enough is a very good reason. But it is a very weak reason at the same time.
