I know what you're talking about, I read the literature, but fried processed meat with white bread + 4-5 tablespoons of butter simply has nothing to do with healthy food even if high quality fats are very good for you.
The only reason to eat that is for the taste, which fair enough is a very good reason. But it is a very weak reason at the same time.
Maybe, before making a false judgement, learn about actual nutrition first, instead of the food pyramid fraud they taught you in school?
