I graduated from a MCNC Charter High school and it was academically light years ahead almost every other school in my county.

  1. 100% of the student allocated education money should follow the student.
  2. Abolish all limits/caps on private and charter schools.
  3. Switch to defined contribution benefit plans and take away collective bargaining powers for public employees.
