I live by Hayden Rd. For those not in the east valley of Arizona, it is a 45mph street and most go 55mph since speeding is defined by going 11mph over the posted limited here in Arizona.

These dumbasses would’ve gotten ran over because no one is gonna sacrifice the breaks on their luxury SUV for a couple of dumb asses.
