Have you ever been tasered before? I have, there is very little your body can actually do besides fall to the ground. Your letting the law “enforcement” off the hook too easily, no sense of accountability for their actions. I personally dont have any hatred or ill-wishes towards law enforcement, i understand the complexity of the job, but that doesnt mean they can do whatever they want. The way they acted during this encounter was escalating a bad situation. I have family and friends in law enforcement and i can guarentee you that this type of behavior is not how they were trained to deal with situations.
Violetflame is right - the cops should have obeyed the commands of this law abiding citizen. He clearly said,
-Stop pointing your gun at me.
-Back up off me.
-I'm going to take my gun into my hand to 'place it on the ground'
-Stop walking up on me
-Don't taze me
