I think that's the same black guy I saw ranting about people intimidating some women. I was mega impressed by his firearms discipline. He got his pistol out during a conversation and started making gestures with it - I watched the gun the entire rest of the conversation and he never flagged anyone or stuck his finger in the trigger guard.
