This man is sending the right message. I am not naive to think there aren't coaches that do the opposite. But not this man.

Yea, but if he bows to BLM then everything else he said is BS. Lots of blacks think racism against YT is ok.
I'm pretty sure he's not bowing to them. He's skin color doesn't matter and that goes against BLM.
