imagine all that h1b wages going to average american..

h1b was meant to be for extraordinary skilled labor, like scientists or researcher. now it is used to replace high wage earner americans with "cheaper" oversea labor.

this is part of the reason why i chose civil engineering and not computer science in college. at least my profession cannot be outsourced or replaced by foreigner on a dime.
