This shit is no longer about the states rights anymore. It's about governers fucking around using this plandemic as an excuse to exert draconian laws.
At this point, this is when I'm all down for federal overreach. If the states cant protect our basic rights, this is when the federal government needs to step in.
I disagree. People of those states need to get involved. Take action and get local officials to stand up for the people. If we cannot organize against a state governor we would lose our ass in a civil war.
The problem is, at least in my state, that our officials aren't even working in our favor despite us yelling at them.
We're trying, but at this point, I feel this is when the feds need to step in. Don't get me wrong, I respect Trump and his way of trying to get the state to do shit, but there's a point when someone has to say "enough is enough".
I can't speak for anyone else but I think RocketSurgeon22 is with me that We the People should've physically removed our Governors from Office over this, on the charge of mass murder. It was perfectly evident on 3/30 that we needed to do this, and we had til 5/22 to do it easily. That might still be our easiest move, although plannedriots mean we'd face more opposition.
Trump cannot jump in when the majority of the people have voted for this type of leadership. The people have to do their part outside of yelling and complaining. It's like NYC in the 70s but an entire state. Its gonna take outside support from political non profits and legal teams.
Yep, we can't play the states rights card only when we want to. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.
It is, unfortunately in this case, going to have to be left up to the states, but we can apply that pressure. Sorry CA pedes, but your fucked (keep standing strong tho. My hope is one day, we turn cali red again.).
Apply pressure but also work smart. The dumbest politicians come from California. Pelosi, Harris, Watters, Schiff - California pedes could organize and investigate. Judicial Watch is a great resource. Many individuals have exposed tax fraud. Citizens of California should put together task force and seek legal support through non-profits. Expose the crimes. We know they control LAPD, FBI field offices and pretty much all aspects of government in the state. They have enemies and controlled opposition. The mob controls it all.
He has already told them. It's the states call to open the economy.

I think we need class-action lawsuits against the corrupt government and judges.

States rights don't trump peoples rights
our local “health official” is signing orders into law. how crazy is that.
he even said “due to health and safety concerns we can NOT continue to reopen“. These people have zero authority and yet are acting like dictators
