Somewhere around 5-6% bodyfat becomes dangerous, not enough lubrication for normal movement in most people. Some freaks of nature exist that can maintain 1.5% bodyfat, but those are so rare as to be an automatic winner in bodybuilding.
Someone with 20% bodyfat is going to respond very differently to this sort of supplement, Yet you know the reported results will mix all of that in, not accounting for any of the inherent differences.
