That was the first thing I noticed. It makes absolutely no sense that there is no attempted murder charge. How in the flying fistfuck does a person get away with doing a drive-by that specifically targeted police officers....hitting two of them.....and insanely only be charged with "first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon". This piece of shit blatantly tried to kill 4 officers. His motive/intentions are clear as day. What an absolute joke.
