If he shot at four cops with a sawed off shotgun and only hit one in the elbow and another in the knee than this dumbshit was way too far away. Sawed off barrels spray out wide like crazy and dont do much damage far out. Lucky someone didn't lose an eye, but this guy should get removed from gene pool on principle alone for being a complete dumbass.
