Really, the best solution to Pantyfa terrorists trying to clamber on your vehicle/get in the way, in front of, hold on, is an extra high F-350. High enough they can't open the door, and also high enough that the would go clean under the truck and survive, assuming the dumbasses didnt get in the way of the tyres.
