Yes, I hate to say it but its the truth. Many cops are just Joe and Jane civilians off the street who graduated high-school and applied for the job. Quick academy and now they can arrest whoever the fuck. Their excuse: "I'm just following orders." Anyone who does not protect our constitution first needs to have that authority revoked.
