Who have you got an eye on, and why? Who are those that might be considered front-runners that shouldn't be, and what's your reasoning?

Any outliers, backmarkers or potential candidates that haven't really even entered the discussion?

cotton, hawley, noam are three i like right now. i think a noam/cotton ticket is a winner if they keep fighting back like they have been.
