GOOD. What Stelter did was pathetic and needs to have severe consequences.

Here is my take that I posted on another thread about this.

He is still slandering this kid. The breach is a reference to the agreement that neither side is allow to claim that the payment in any way reflected a ruling on the merits of the case. The whole point of going to court, in part, was to prove that they were unfairly treated by CNN. If they knew after paying a settlement CNN could go around claiming vindication the settlement would never be agreed to. So Sandmann agreed to accept some sum and not pursue even more damages ONLY if CNN agreed that it wasn't a reflection of the merits of the suit in anyway, and that they wouldn't go around claiming that in public. Yet here we are and thats what little piggy is already doing. That should mean, if it were up to me, that the settlement would be nullified with Sandmann getting to keep the cash AND still pursue the case. The little bitch boy just couldn't help himself, even ater being sued for dragging an innocent kid through the mud and not having an ounce of journalistic integrity, he just can't leave it alone and is continuing his slanderous harassment. Unbelievable. These fucking people are unbelievable.
