The word "mostly" is such a manipulation. If we would have 100 000 protestors and 49 999 of them would murder people and plant bombs, they still could describe protests as "mostly peaceful". Doesn't mean it's good to have 49 999 murdereres on street, does it. You can also say that murderers on death row are also mostly peaceful. They only killed in 0,01 % minutes of their life.

There is no mostly peaceful protests. That's like a sandwich with mostly no shit spread on it.

I attempt to have those words quantified to move from possibility to probability...not an insignificant transformation. I generally say "Mostly, like 50.1%?"
