It's making fun of this dumb fuck leftist idea of equity. Basically 3 losers are looking over a fence watching baseball instead of buying a ticket and going inside. There's 3 dudes of varying height. They show equality of opportunity as only the tall dude being big enough to watch without paying. Then they show equity as the short dudes standing on various boxes so they can all see. If I ever see it again, I will make a counter meme where I show equality where they all buy a ticket and go inside, and equity where the two short people sawing the legs off the tall dude so the short dudes are taller, but not quite big enough to see over the fence. Or as Thatcher put it summarizing the left"better the poor be poorer so long as the gap between rich and poor be less". I like this meme, but it is a little bit esoteric.
