I'd say overall it's much worse for psychiatrists because they pretty much only prescribe harmful medication and are practicing pseudoscience dressed in white lab coats pretending they are dealing with the brain but doing zero tests on patients that they are prescribing to, while also claiming they suffer from a mental illness while out the other side of their mouth denying that there's a mind at all/it's all brain.
