One more tidbit: requiring guns "to be safely stored in homes" means requiring that your gun be locked up unloaded with ammo locked up in a separate location. Which means your gun is useless for home defense:

If the Democrats get elected and their platform is implemented by Presidential executive orders or worse, by federal laws, there will be nowhere in the country that you can move to keep your guns or be safe in your home.

But all it takes is some busybody making a tip to the government that you have the wrong kinds of guns or you're not storing them properly. Then you'll have federal agents executing a no-knock pre-dawn raid at your home, no matter how far out in the country you live.
