Even when you look at the long term criminal politicians they are almost to a person linked by direct blood to other nations. Their families might have been here since the early 1900's but they are still loyal to the nations and ideologies they came from. California is especially thick with them. The only place you find long term multi generational home grown politicians anymore is on the republican side.

This started in the 60's when the D's realized they were losing the long term fight on keeping in power so they turned to hooking immigrants and refugees on welfare which was infinitely more than what they could get even working in their home nation. Obama capped the practice with his importation of tens of thousands of somoli muslims as a group into minnieapolis and now they have almost tripled their population there and taken over pretty much every level of power with the help of D progressives.
