Out on the country there are bridges they say don't drive on them during rain because they could wash away.
After one bridge went down the local market put logs with gravel on top that lasted three years. No deaths, its a lot like Covid in those areas.
Ya, going to guess that there isn't an inability or lack of steel causing that though, it's the local area just not wanting to repair/upgrade it.
