Yeah thanks, I am well versed in how humans handle themselves socially. Those are all good suggestions.

Well aimed questions pierce through the veil of ignorance quite effectively. Place the spotlight on them and allow them to elucidate. If they can't, or fail trying, this becomes their reminder to mind their manners.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt.

Cool man.

I remember a few years ago some dude I was talking with who is anti-Trump started telling my about the journalist killed in Saudi Arabia (the one that trump killed or something, who fucking knows - ancient history).

He brought it up like it was some major scandal that was terrible, and I just told him I don't watch the news and didn't know anything about it. "Now, what happened?"

"Saudi Arabia killed a journalist."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah..."

Then about five seconds of awkward silence as this retard finally realizes he doesn't know shit about anything, and is parroting the "outrage" of the media without knowing why. It's fucking great, and ignorance (essentially, a veiled Socratic method) is awesome for creating these situations.
