They used to have a huge chemical manufacturing subsidiary, and not just Dektol and D-76 either. I don't know if it's been active lately, but Kodak has always had a policy that if they ever had something in their catalog, and you're willing to pay for an entire production run, they'll make it for you. (Three exceptions: Verichrome Pan film, because it was double-coated and they don't have that coater anymore; the yellow coupler for Kodachrome development, because it's been declared a threat to the environment; and Kodachrome itself, because without the yellow coupler it's useless.)
