When was this? My dad was/is a pharmacist, owned his own store, and he definitely didn’t develop film. There were a number of chain pharmacies that offered the service at the time, like Walgreens, CVS, etc, but it wasn’t part of the pharmacy or done by the pharmacist or pharmacy techs. This is primarily 80s to early 90s
No, every little mom and pop drug store as well as big ones sold Kodak products. You could drop off film in an envelope to the store down the street and it’d be processed by someone else “photo finishing service”
