Normally I'd say it was just placeholder, but there are quotes from Biden there.

This isn't some sudden thing that will happen with no notice, like an accident - DNC WILL coordinate it's messaging with the MSM before release, so it's not like it's going to be a suprise announcement and Politico will need to react fast and have their options ready.
