Smoking and oral cannabis won’t cure anything. But will help many people with the symptoms of being sick and the main therapies. In order for thc to be effective in stopping the growth of cancerous cells, it has to be delivered in super high doses and directly to the cancerous cells.
Very familiar with the oils. THC and CBD. That’s what they used. Only one of them smoked. All three did various oil tinctures and such. And it gave them some comfort. But that was about all, unfortunately.
They are super helpful as far as giving comfort and pain relief. Thc specifically has actually been showing a ton of promise in actually killing cancerous cells. I’ll try and find the studies I read for you!

I suggest looking into Rick Simpson oil.
