20 is great but id start at 16/8. 16/8 is more medium mode, 20/4 is hard mode. Work your way to 20/4

Keep in mind anything but water or black coffee will break your fast!

Oh word? I did not know I could do black coffee (granted, my reading on this topic is limited).

Any guidance on taking medication or pill supplements? I’ve got some stuff like berberine, resveratrol, etc I want to get in my system each day.. just not sure if cool to take outside of feeding window.

Well, actually there is conflicting info on whether or not black coffee counts. So maybe just keep playing it safe

I wouldnt take any supplements outside your feeding window. Youre better off having them with your food anyway for digestion and absorption reasons
