They took a picture of the meme. The camera is trying to distinguish faces. Or took a picture of the doctors from a video and then added the black background and text to the picture for memes.
No. They took a screenshot of their camera out. Its like they don't know how to press the picture button. lol
memes are quick and dirty but effective. why spend time editing when the point is there. there're too many other memes waiting to be made.

This is the type of immigration that makes America great. A successful doctor with the foresight to better herself by moving to a different country to be successful there. And we now benefit because we are dealing with a virus that can be cured with a drug she is very familiar with due to her having previous experience helping malaria patients.
