No doubt, the appeal to authority might be the sole cause of everything that went wrong with the left. They like to pretend they are safe in their beliefs by hiding behind the "Experts say...!" headlines, but really that just makes them no different than the Nazis they claim they hate.

I agree. But the people you would show this to care so much about authority telling them what to believe. I rarely listen to doctors, but if you're trying to convince someone that does, this is the resource to accomplish that.
