Monopolistic practices of AppleStore. The entire hearing is not about censorship (even if it'll probably be brought up by one of the 4 R's on the subcommittee;) it's about antitrust issues. In fact, I would not be surprised if the strategy is much like Senator Warren's "break up big tech" plan, which was just a veiled threat to use antitrust law against them if they didn't go harder on censoring her ideological & political opponents.
