The whole thing was a setup. They planned those responses, they planned what they were going to say, they never had any intent to seek the truth.

Twenty years ago I would have asked you what you were smoking because it must be some great shit.

Today? Reading this doesn't even faze me because I understand that it's all true.

I don't get the satanic part, but the rest is true.

There is ritual child sacrifice to the god moloch that is documented. A lot of the pedogate stuff revolves around it and why all the trials connected to it so far have had nearly all the testimony and evidence sealed tight. Normies are not ready yet for the real horrors of what the elites do for fun.

ILikeMyBlueCar 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don’t give a fuuuuuuck if normies can’t handle it, everyone needs their core rocked at this point to reverse the damage done.

It was also recording for their re-election campaigns.

"Look how assertive I am, asking the tough questions and holding the administration accountable. Vote for me!"

They are not onto a winning strategy. I don't know about anyone else but they remind me of shrewish battle axes nagging incessantly.

No shit, the questions went like this: Rep: "Did you do XYZ?" Barr: "Yes." Rep: "I'm going to take that as a 'no', and since you said no I'm going to lecture you about something in a different reality than this one."

ALL of them just read their prepared responses with no consideration to what he was saying at all. They didn't want to hear it.

Barr was pretty smooth though

7
brsmith77 7 points ago +7 / -0

That video Jordan dropped at the beginning fucked up their plans royally. They were fuming about it, but still ploughed ahead with the lying and made themselves look utterly ridiculous.

Jordan was a fire breathing beast generally, but also loved how the Reps rallied to give Barr a chance to address some of the hectoring 'Questions'.

Zaszz345 77 points ago +77 / -0

Barr earned my respect today. I know others still won’t like him. And that’s okay. But he held his ground against pure Democrat insanity today.

36
snuggs316 36 points ago +37 / -1

i've always like him; i know folks want people arrested yesterday, but barr seems to really appreciate the rule of law and said in an interview, "these things can't be rushed." i sort of think this will all build to a crescendo in september, and the left will be bereft of leadership and totally demoralized by the time nov. 3rd rolls around.

27
Art-Vandelay41 27 points ago +27 / -0

Agree 100%. Maybe it’s the optimist in me, but I genuinely believe everything Barr has done, and hasn’t done, is to get us the most MAGA timeline.

8
FlyOverCitizen 8 points ago +8 / -0

He said he was slipping happily into retirement and didn’t think about working in the government again. We’re lucky, again.

16
BestTimeToBAlive 16 points ago +16 / -0

The DOJ has to build cases. Just like FBI does all around the country (when they’re working justly, anyway). They take their one and save lots of evidence to make sure their cases are slam dunks.

The Access Hollywood tapes didn't destroy Trump because everyone knows that there are millions of American women who will let rich famous men grab them by the pussy. Hollywood and the US Media traditionally glorify the privilege of powerful, successful men to grab consenting women by the pussy.

15
RosettaStone 15 points ago +15 / -0

I agree that it's growing, but I think between now and November we will see just enough to get Trump re-elected (until then, the lying media can still use anything he does to accuse him of being a tyrant).

I think it's after the election that we'll see the full legal action against the Democrat and Deep State criminals.

8
Art-Vandelay41 8 points ago +8 / -0

It’s all about walking that tightrope, right, cause you don’t want Barr to overstep his bounds because then you are giving the media legitimate ammunition. Then again, if Barr sits on the sideline and Trump doesn’t get re-elected, we left a lot of work on the table.

7
RosettaStone 7 points ago +7 / -0

If... Trump doesn’t get re-elected, we left a lot of work on the table.

Agreed. We're fighting back so late in the game, and the cabal has had so long to prepare, that every step we take is risky.

3
booblitchutz 3 points ago +3 / -0

That was the point they made over and over. They were trying to preemptively accuse him of prosecuting for Trumps re-election. Obviously the indictments will come before November. That’s the whole point of yesterday, and their overtures to impeach him, which will come soon

8
snuggs316 8 points ago +8 / -0

i'd settle for indictments in september-october.

6
FlyOverCitizen 6 points ago +6 / -0

Nov-Jan. After today, screw them.

0
usausausa5000 0 points ago +6 / -6

but barr seems to really appreciate the rule of law

Then surely he would be a tad more aggressive about suppressing nationwide riots that have been going on for a couple months straight? Or how about doing something about all these blatantly unconstitutional covid mandates???

You people keep blabbering on about November, but Trump is already president and look at what is happening. Just reelecting him isn't going to stop any of this shit.

5
snuggs316 5 points ago +5 / -0

they are arresting antifa members all over the country....a big pick-up happened in nyc today, and they seemed to know just who they were looking for. as for the unconstitutional covid mandates...not his purview. it will have to work it's way up the legal ladder, court to court.

1
OhLollyLollyPop 1 point ago +1 / -0

You are asking them to do things outside of their legal mandate.

5
A_Flappy_Civic 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's all talk. Don't make judgements until you see action or else you'll be in for a wild roller coaster ride. Even if Barr doesn't care much for the Deep State, his job is to uphold the law and there's a lot of criminals on the loose.

It's always about chest beating and pontificating. Nothing ever gets done in these committee hearings. Nothing!

2
Edxx3 2 points ago +2 / -0

Rep. Jim Jordan did a pretty good job of getting actual updates of investigations into Spygate-related areas. Obviously he got his partisan jabs in too, but fair enough, given that he was one of the few asking any real questions.

2
Tookens 2 points ago +2 / -0

All they seemed to be doing is asking accusatory 'questions' then shouting him down before he got 3 words out. I'm not sure who they thought their audience was. The whole thing was disturbing and off-putting.

1
OhLollyLollyPop 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's getting too much publicity. It wasn't an important hearing, but at least Barr showed up.

LesboPregnancyScare 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well of course. That is why they just exploded verbal diarrhea during the whole thing. They didn't want answers or the truth, they wanted sound bites that the media will spin in their favor.

"Barr did not deny X"

"By refusing to answer a simple yes/no question, Barr implies Y"

But what was the actual on paper point of the hearing?

1
LesboPregnancyScare 1 point ago +1 / -0

that is what happened, on paper, what what the veiled intent?
