Nah I don't think they will make that move. That would be a major hail Mary play for them to try and the risk far out weighs the benefits. I think they'll try to elect him with her as VP and after a few months have him step aside and her slide in with no contest. But that would hinge on pudding brain actually winning which is not going to happen. They're in a bad situation knowing that Trump's reelection will happen if his base turns out and they will. There is ZERO enthusiasm for pudding brain. I haven't seen one yard sign for him yet for Trump I see signs and flags on houses. My alternate reality thought is he appoints her as VP pic, dies before November election, and they run her with no contest.

If Kamala gets chosen then I think that gives Trump an even better edge than vs Biden. Biden has no voter enthusiasm behind him and we can expect Kamala to be worse than Biden.
