This is how they will do it. It won't be a large operation all at once. They'll make a list here and a list there that only has "dangerous" people on it. Then they'll gradually expand criteria to put more people on the list little by little. Meanwhile they'll pile regulations upon regulations onto manufacturers, dealers, and importers and maybe throw in multiple frivolous lawsuits making the gun business unprofitable in the USA. All ending in de facto gun ban. At that point there will be so few gun owners repealing the second will be possible.
