Intentionally shining a laser in someones eyes should be considered assault with a deadly weapon.

Mandatory minimum of 10 years prison and 10 years probation.

Assault, yes. No potential for death. Blindness is "serious bodily injury," which is the standard for use of lethal force. Yet Federal agents can't use lethal force to arrest someone with a laser this powerful.

State law makes it illegal to own something powerful enough to blind you. And this is why Ngo shouldn't be out there doing this. One person charging them would demolish this faggot. At the very least Ngo should have security capable of doing that.

I don't understand your point. Ngo shouldn't be out there doing this?

He can't take care of himself, and is understandably scared shitless. Idk if he was an actual woman, would they give him some slack? He needs protection. Instead one particular journalist has been sicking antifa on him whenever possible. How is that not an arrestable crime?
