This. We all have to be willing to risk things for freedom. The law is on our side and justice is on our side. Go to church. Do not comply.

The president himself ordered governors to open churches.

Little old ladies? It’s time for the young men of the congregation to come dressed up in their second amendment. This is literally the most blatant violation of the constitution we’ve seen in our lifetimes. This entire fucking country was founded on the idea of freedom to gather and talk about your God.

I’m absolutely not suggesting violence, but if being told you can’t worship isn’t a line in the sand, where is it?

arrest little old Baptist ladies in their Sunday best

Yes, manipulation. They did it with Rosa Parks, and they're doing it with the Wall of Moms.

They did publish their literal book of tactics on that website. Study we should, and study I do.

If you let the government tell you that you can’t go to church for public safety reasons as they let people riot in the streets, then you are a fucking pussy and don’t deserve the rights that our ancestors died to protect.

Do you think these protestors/rioters give two shits if the governor tells them they can’t be out in the streets? Fuck no they don’t. Meanwhile I see people crying over politically motivated executive orders. Just ignore them. Pretend like they don’t exist.

If the police show up at your church to arrest you, then politely tell them to fuck off. If they arrest church goers anyway then put out the bat signal and it’s time to roll. They think a bunch of asswipes with umbrellas and leaf blowers are hard to handle. Wait until a couple thousand armed patriots show up at their precinct and take it over.

Just keep worshipping in protest of the lockdown. Protests are an "essential activity" after all. We aren't allowed to stop them. Also I'd love to see how the media tries to spin arresting 50 "Peaceful protesters"

CNN: "On Sunday, authorities arrested 50 "right wing white supremists" Baptists at their church where anonymous sources say they were gathering to discuss policies that undermine the health and safety of all Americans."

At some point we Christians are going to have to.....gasp....defy these orders.

Did Roman Christians "not meet" because the Emperor didn't want them to?

Soft. Soft soft.

I'm not going back to my church when this is all over because they've cowered to Newsom, even gladly. I think they like being a YouTube TV show better than being a church. I need to find a better church.

reach out to your local militias and bike clubs. See if theyre willing to protect the mass. optically it could be HUGE. State gov would need to get in the shits to stop it at that point and thats a win win for us.

An honest opinion on the matter of people going to church or not.

The ability for you to practice whatever religion you follow is not something a person gives you the right to do. It's not something on a piece of paper and not something even a policeman can stop you doing.

Go and practice it.

Again, it's not something the government (any government) can give or take the ability away from you.

Overall I'm very disappointed in church leaders and their ability to protect the people that practice Christianity with them. If this is how it is going to go then its time for people to break away from the church and set up places to pray for themselves and others.

Cyer6 3 points ago +3 / -0

These church leaders who are too afraid to stand up are going to lose their congregations if they don't stand up for their people. Now if it's a church that's attended by a bunch of liberal Karens, they'll be fine, but if your parishioners are the opposite, they will walk away. Time for some of them to grow a pair.

Didn't Trump say fuck around with churches and find out? I seem to vividly remember that.

Preivioisly I would have disagreed but theyll stopping us on the highway to beat us to death and then shooting us when we try to run so this is literally what its come to.

If they dont care about your constitutional rights then you dont have to care about their constitutional right to life either. Shoot them in the chest and tell them straight to their face as they fad off this earth that since you dont have rights, neither do they. See how quickly antifa radicals quit their bullshit when they know that's coming to them at every house they try to burn down

Oh no way this is my church! Awaken San Diego is a great church! If anybody would like to understand the religious/scriptural understanding of why many churches defy government orders and still have church it is found in Hebrews 12:2. This verse was written around the time of emperor Nero in Rome, when he was literally executing Christians solely for being Christian. The author tells us to never forsake meeting in church, And the context implies that it is important no matter what the government threatens you with.

50shousewife 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, I'd pull a Cersei Lanister on those pieces of paper and rip them in half and continue to hold church. Then, I'd sue the government.

3
Cyer6 3 points ago +3 / -0

Problem with suing governments now is that our SCOTUS (thanks again Roberts) sided with the tyrant governors on this matter. This issue only gets resolved through mass defiance now.

Wupta 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sure Don’t allow the Christians to talk to another. Definite election interference. Can’t wait for the elections.

4
LaymanLeathers 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's more than just election interference. Its interference of human rights. If they're interfering with human rights then that means they dont get any human rights either. One of those rights is the right to life. I hope they're happy they are voluntarily forfeiting their right to life. When the looting starts the shooting starts! Obey the consitution and you wont be happily killed by Patriots like the dirty dogs they are. It's that simple, folks.

There is a place for civil disobedience in the church.

Obey authority, but when the government says you have to stop preaching the Word, say "Judge whether it is right to obey God or man".

The church have turned into cowards.

sagebrushfire 2 points ago +2 / -0

Our good friend John Roberts already told the small church in Nevada that their right to worship means shit and to do as they’re told. Better go sign up to your local mosque because they’re going to be the only things allowed soon.

Christians need to stand up the the athiest secularists and ignore these orders. Civil disobedience and peaceful resistance.

I work in a marijuana grow house in California where dozens of workers are crammed in a production room and they have not stopped for 1 second due to Coronavirus, deemed essential. These orders are a direct assault on the constitution, in which the very first right enumerated is freedom to practice religion without government restriction. It is what the very first Americans risked their lives for. It is what we fought, died and killed for, and in addition to speech and bearing arms is the most important rights. These Marxists hate religion because it competes for authority with the establishment. I am an atheist but you have my deepest sympathy. It is totally unacceptable, I do not accept these actions and never will, and will do everything in my power to bring consequence to those who have taken them. Definitely leaving the state and paying no more taxes. The state of California is governed by criminals and traitors, guess thats why they are setting thousands of convicted criminals free. Frankly American traitors to the constitution deserve more justice than the law could ever deliver them. It is important to remember that a free society must never give people freedom so great that it can be used to destroy freedom itself.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_OYwWX1l0vEgT_um47CPJw spoke with the pastor today and he said he will try to stay open for as long as legally possible but he also doesn't want to play games with the state. They will use every legal recourse they have but I'm including their YouTube channel if you guys can like and share. He's going to be preaching and speaking about this at some point soon so I'd like you all to listen in.
