My neighbor is a minority “republican”. He’s in his early 60s. Over the last few months we’ve had a few conversations and it hit me that he was saying the media force fed lines.

Complaining about “What the feds are doing in Portland”

Mentioning “the new story with the girl who was shot at her home” (I’m assuming breonna Taylor)

I know this person. This is a decent god fearing man. His opinions are being formed by mainstream television. This 60 year old man is not out searching .win for the truth or reading alternative media. This is scary because I kept trying to make sure he understand that the rioters were the bad ones, that they were causing damage and if anything THEY were spreading covid. But his talking points were mainstream media BS. I can only imagine he will get his opinion on trump from them too.
