Meh. Thin frames don't look good on a boxy face. They look weak and dorky. There's plenty of face to go around even with a few mm of frame covering it.
I wear "problem" glasses because I tried every frame at the store and they were the best.
I've thought before that I might like to try some of those thicker glasses. Then I realized that nearly 100% of Communists choose that style. I even actually know someone personally that wears those things with no prescription as a style statement.
I prefer to distance myself from Communism so I stick with my thinner metal frames that I've worn almost my entire life.
