Unless you obtain a permit for your protest and then operate within the confines of the permit you are a terrorist. Blocking roads is terrorism, it is kidnapping. Marching down sidewalks or streets without permits, road closures, signage, police detours and escorts, is terrorism.
Period, there is no other option available. If a person wishes to 'peaceably protest' then said person must obtain legal permits and operate within them.
All else is riot and terrorism, all else is criminal and MOB activity, all else is insurrection against the Rule of Law, against Freedom.
