Because Germany is the most recent country that figured out that degeneracy is what causes a great nation to fall to pieces and they actually tried to do something about it

It's not to punish Germany for World War 2, it's to send a message to other Western nations that if you don't accept degeneracy as the "new normal" then you'll end up like they did, carved up and humiliated while your culture is obliterated.
