Using explosives is up to 10 yrs plus attacking federal building is 10. Prob could add fed rioting and other charges. 20 yrs for a young bloke is a life ruined.

also a felony for anyone is pretty life altering. Any ambition to start a business or be a credible contributor to anything is pretty fucked after that.
