Last paragraph is wrong. The mob is now using lasers, and fireworks/IEDs. The rules of engagement for police say that they're only allowed to use tear gas and rubber bullets. If the police were allowed to use their guns, the violence would end in a day.

I think laser pointers should receive a .308 lobotomy. That's maiming someone. Intent to maim. Evil shit. One well placed round will end that shit. And if it takes two or three or more, so be it.
