He is so fucking funny, but no, thats not what he is saying. He got rid of the regulations for how much water probably can come out of the faucet. All the water saving stuff done to home appliances ends up not doing anything because people just end up taking longer showers or wash the dishes more times.
Can confirm.Stayed recently at few hotels while traveling in the US.Every single one had water-saving shower head with no water pressure whatsoever.Now ,I am a lady pede with long hair ,it took forever to rinse the shampoo off.Basically, it turned quick 5 min. shower at home into 15 or 20 min. I know ,this sounds like 1st world problem,lol,but I really hated it.And I wonder what the water savings looked like.
