I will preface this by saying the author of the article is not a Trump or Bolsanaro fan, but appears objective on the subject of Hydrochloroquine’s effectiveness in treating COVID-19. Try to ignore his inflammatory remarks about Trump and try to focus on his positive position on HCQ.
