Depends on the local news. I watch Fox 35 every night and they barely even mention COVID. They usually lead with something about it - but it's never about deaths or rising infections.

If this were a REAL pandemic they wouldn't all be independently fucking with their numbers, and this would be 100% impossible.
The fact that one state can have a 1400% difference in mortality than another means that the numbers are blatantly falsified, or New York is purposely murdering patients. These are the only two scenarios.
It's both. The numbers are juked in FL just like they are everywhere else. NY also stuck infected patients in nursing homes knowing that it was very difficult (practically impossible) to stop the virus from spreading in their hospitals nevermind nursing homes. This was a real pandemic and the way they fucked with the numbers is the same way they're going to keep fucking with the numbers until someone calls them out on it. Clear boundaries need to be defined for what constitutes a "death by [infection]" and "death with [infection]". This is difficult, if not impossible. to do from a practical perspective but the numbers need to be at least discussed so people are aware of what's happening. I don't think the CDC has a firm grasp of what a "death by flu" is to be quite blunt. And we need to be very weary of any data that's extrapolated or inferred.
